Olanrewaju Timothy ADEDOYIN is a Professor in the Department of Paediatrics and Child Health, Faculty of Clinical Sciences, College of Health Sciences, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, with more than three decades of teaching, research, community service, and administrative experience. He has served as Head of Department, Dean, Faculty of Clinical Sciences, and Provost of the College of Health Sciences. He was Chairman of the Committee of Provost and Deans, Chairman of the Board of the School of Preliminary Studies, and Member of the Board of the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital. His research interests include Paediatric Nephrology and Infectious Diseases. He has successfully supervised 30 Postgraduate Medical College dissertations and has to his credits over one hundred publications comprising original articles and chapters in books. He is an Associate Editor of a foremost textbook of Paediatrics in the Tropic (Paediatrics and Child Health in a Tropical region) . He served as Principal Investigator and Co-PI in some grant-aided research. He is a member of many professional bodies.
