Aira, Abiola OLORUKOOBA is a Senior Lecturer and Consultant Paediatrician at the Department of Paediatrics and Child health, Faculty of Medicine and Health Science, University of Ilorin. She has several years of experience in teaching, research and mentoring.

Her areas of research include, Paediatric cardiology, respiratory diseases, girl child education, development and empowerment. She has many publications in her areas of research and is invested in community development. She is a member of several professional bodies and a postgraduate supervisor.
