On behalf of the Department of Paediatrics and Child Health, University of Ilorin, I warmly greet you. Our mission centers on advancing child health through research, teaching, and clinical care, aligning with the University’s Vision 1, 10, 100: to be Nigeria’s top university, among Africa’s top 10, and the world’s top 100.

Children, as the foundation of our future, drive our efforts to address regional child health challenges, including infectious diseases, malnutrition, and immunization gaps. Through innovative education and strategic collaborations, we are producing globally competitive paediatricians and expanding impactful research.
